Honestly, does Lower Merion Township think the residents are stupid?

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Lower Merion Township will hold a public hearing as required by Lower Merion Code Chapter 155, as amended and codified by Ordinance 1802, at the Township Building, 75 East Lancaster Avenue, Ardmore, PA, on Wednesday, November 19, 2008, at 8:00 p.m., to consider a citizens petition for a zoning map change to Lower Merion’s Zoning Map Three.

The Citizen’s Petition requests that the current zoning on the property at 2 West Montgomery Avenue, Ardmore change from a split zoned R-7 and C-1 zoning district to the entire property zoned C-1 Commercial.

This petition will not be considered for adoption at this hearing. A separate public hearing is required before this petition can be considered for adoption.

(Ah yes, the main attraction - the Kimco mess for Suburban Square.....just come say NO very definitively)

And the rest of the fairy take is we will all be tucked in and snug in our beds by 10 p.m......who schedules all these important things in ONE night the week before Thanksgiving? Sure makes you believe in conspiract theories, that is for dang sure.
