What is it?

So, is a rental house in North Wayne grown ups or students? The house has been a rental for a while, and last year was reportedly definitely students, so this year, what is it? What say you all? What say the property owners? Residents say there are approved rentals on the street, but not student housing...but then again, guess things are different there, even if this house isn't on the "approved" list Villanova puts out?
So is this rental on the up and up, or not? Bookmark/Search this post with: |

And you are asking why? Is this a notorious rental that has been in the papers that warrants this attention? I bring this up because isn't there some point where a line is crossed and an individuals privacy is being invaded? Now a photograph of someones home and car (which could just as easily belong to a Villanova University employee) is publicized with an unfounded speculation that something is awry here.

permalinkLola,
This house had students last year and before that (last year was Cabrini), and this is not a faculty parking permit. Faculty says faculty.
They don't have to be notorius to be illegal student rentals.
But the house photo has been removed so you are less outraged.
But what about the rights of people in a neighborhood? Do they not have rights when it comes to student rentals?

permalinkOf course the neighbors have rights. If they feel there is a violation here they have the right to bring it to the townships attention and expect action to be taken. Are you one of those neighbors? If so, I apologize. If not, then I still feel it is overstepping the bounds of privacy to seek out what may or not be a violation. Perhaps you could have prefaced your comments with what concerns and actions the neighbors have already taken to put this in proper context.
