Right to Know Law and Sunshine Act

Radnor School Districts violates the Right to Know Law and reimburses a citizen resident $30,000 in legal fees in addition to whatever the School District paid its (our?) lawyer. This year, the Right to Know Law was replaced by the far more expanise Open Records which starts with the presumption that government records are available to the public.
